Kentucky to share in grants for education assessments
FRANKFORT, Ky. — Though it has failed to land a big federal Race to the Top grant, Kentucky will benefit from federal grants awarded Thursday to groups of states for improving systems to assess the progress of students, according to a news release from Gov. Steve Beshear.
